1 Definitions & Scope

4 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

• Bots or automated software are used.
• The user requests closure of their own account.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on vk98. The following general terms apply to these offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Wagering: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (on the bonus only, not on the total balance).
• For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500; to meet the wagering requirement, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.
• There may be a specific time limit for using a bonus.
• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another account.
• vk98 reserves the right to modify the terms of any bonus or withdraw a bonus at any time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk98 platform:

• Playing using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Collusion or use of any fraudulent strategy.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Playing on behalf of others from your own account, or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users or staff.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be informed if necessary.

9 Gaming Results & Dispute Resolution

The results of all games and betting events on vk98 are determined automatically on the server and will be considered final. However, in the event of an error or technical issue:

• Bets placed under faulty conditions may be voided and the deposited funds will be returned.
• vk98 has the right to correct any incorrect payouts displayed due to a software error.
• For any dispute, users may contact the support team.
• To initiate a dispute resolution process, a complaint must be submitted within 7 days of the incident.

In accordance with vk98's fair play policy, the results of all games are determined algorithmically and impartially.
